These terms govern your use of slp-pipeline ("the App"). By signing in and using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The service

The App renders Super Smash Bros. Melee Slippi replays into videos and, at your direction, uploads them to your YouTube channel. Access is limited to allowlisted accounts and is provided at our discretion.

Your responsibilities

• You may upload and publish only content you have the right to use and distribute, and you are responsible for the content you process and publish through the App.
• You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube's Community Guidelines for any video uploaded to your channel.
• You must not misuse the App, attempt to access other users' data, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.

YouTube and Google

The App uses YouTube API Services. Your use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the App's access to your account at any time via Google Account permissions.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost or failed uploads or rendered content.

Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the App, or revoke access, at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
